Growing up, I never had “the talk”…
… and the sex ed we got in school? Well, it was pretty much useless. It left me with more questions than answers and a deep desire to change how we approach these conversations.
I’m Cady S. Moore, an AASECT-certified sexuality educator and coach on a mission to empower people to live their most pleasurable, authentic lives. My passion for sex education stems from a deep belief that everyone deserves access to information that is healthy, positive, and free from shame. For far too long, sex education has fallen short of providing what we all truly need: real conversations about our bodies, desires, and worth. That’s where I come in.
For nearly a decade, I’ve had the privilege of teaching people from all walks of life. From teenagers to adults, my work has spanned sexuality education, leadership, and personal development. I’ve designed and implemented programs that challenge the status quo and make room for inclusivity, understanding, and growth. After spending five incredible years coaching teens, I expanded my practice in 2022 to include adults, because no matter your age, it’s never too late to start learning, exploring, and embracing your sexuality.
I received my M.P.H. in Maternal and Child Health with a focus on Sex Education from the University of Minnesota in 2020, and since then, I’ve been committed to creating safe, shame-free spaces for people to explore their desires and live confidently. Whether through one-on-one coaching, workshops, or online programs, I’m here to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, pleasure, and self-worth.
When I’m not working with clients, you can find me in Sacramento, where I live with my wonderful partner(s), my ball python Lilith, two cats, and an ever-growing jungle of 92 (and counting!) plants. 🌿
